Nikki Reed Memorial Mural 2024-25
In Progress!
Mural dedicated to APS teacher Nikki Reed, who passed away in spring 2024 due to terminal brain cancer. The mural design is directly inspired by her geometric paintings and famous saying, "I can do hard things". The Tuckahoe Elementary community rallied together to help me create this memorial in her honor. Her colleagues at helped paint the flat colors and the students added fine details to the negative spaces in-between.
